Since January 2025, hundreds of thousands of women have either left or been pushed out of the U.S. workforce. Those whose work supported the federal government or their contractor have seen their opportunities plummet. 

Many of us are searching for alternatives, including launching their own enterprises. It's essential you develop your brand using human storytelling to succeed in your next endeavor.

The offers below are only for Seven Sisters alumnae who are established independent consultants, small business owners, or small nonprofit leaders. You’ve either worked with a marketing or communications professional before, or you have a team that can collaborate effectively with a high-level writing partner. If you're still figuring out what you need, I may not be the right fit.

To ensure I can provide personalized attention, these reduced rates apply only to alumnae-led consultancies, small enterprises, or nonprofits with five or fewer employees.

I've established two core solutions at this level specifically for executives at private enterprises or nonprofits.

Projects at this tier may include:

  • Executive Ghostwriting: Publish-ready essays, op-eds, or authority-building pieces written in your voice and aligned with your goals

These projects are not just about getting the words right—they’re about shaping how others perceive your credibility, value, and strategic clarity. I bring more than writing expertise to this work—I bring decades of experience as a journalist, strategic storyteller, and doctoral researcher. Each Signature engagement includes up to two hours of recorded discovery. Timelines and deliverable structure are finalized after a 30-minute introductory call.

Our Collaborative Process

My process isn't prescriptive. It's co-creative, centering your personal branding goals.  You'll start by asking about one of these plans by emailing me or sending me a direct message on social media, and we'll briefly discuss your objectives there first. Then, we have with a complimentary, 30-minute, no obligation introductory call to determine what your needs are. This part of the process determines if my solutions are a fit for you.

Then, if we decide to move forward, I will send you an invoice, which is payable in full by bank ACH in advance and an engagement agreement you must sign before we begin working together. Once you pay the invoice and sign the agreement, I will send you a list of questions specific to your needs to answer during the discovery call(s) we’ll schedule. 

I will record the calls, so I focus on our conversation and use the information I get from the recordings to develop content or write your story.

Once I send you your content deliverables, you determine with your team what content or storytelling strategy you’ll use to distribute the content across messaging platforms.

Resources for Startups and Early Stage Business Owners

My strategic storytelling engagements are scoped for clients with existing professional experience and brands to elevate. For those seeking startup and early growth stage resources and advice, I recommend getting help from early stage small business experts who can help new and early growth stage entrepreneurs start, run, or grow a business. (You will need to research resources for startup nonprofits, but a few of these locations may help you with that.)

While I do not provide business coaching services to businesses of this size, you can get general insights from my blog posts on the American Express Business Class platform. 

If you're unable or don't wish to meet my minimum starting fee, you might also search Fiverr or Upwork for lower cost options or hire a paid intern from your school. My fees are based on my years of expertise, professional, and educational background. I do not bid to the bottom.
